Hutchinson Blackbird road bike tire (tube type)

The Hutchinson Blackbird Racing Lab Tubetype is the very latest model designed by the French brand Hutchinson. This high-end model is announced as the fastest tire in the brand’s lineup, and it is also one of the best-performing tires on the market in terms of the puncture resistance / durability combination.

Handmade in France, the Blackbird features the new Mach Tread 3.0 compound developed by Hutchinson. This rubber delivers outstanding performance when cornering at high speed, while also offering low rolling resistance. It uses different casings on the tread and the sidewalls: 3x127 TPI on the sidewalls, providing excellent grip and superior sidewall protection, and 2x127 TPI on the tread, ensuring optimal efficiency in all conditions.

It is equipped with the new Swifteasy casing construction, which gives the tire optimal deformation and flexibility to smooth out road imperfections, resulting in improved comfort.
